Welcome to the website of Torsten Ernst, I am the American one in case you are wondering. Here you can find various pictures, my contact information, and a couple of pages of informative material. I've also have a blog, that I write in occasionally and am working on developing a photo gallery.

Recently, I created two new pages. The first is a Google Maps map that shows all the climbing areas around Juneau that I know of. The second is a practical page on using OS X for spatial sciences, which has links to some cool OS X applications that have made my life easier. Hopefully I'll keep adding to these pages, since I eventually want to have a website that people can get useful information from!

Finally, I have pictures from the last few years posted. Topics range from climbing, fishing, and hunting trips to daily life. I'm in the process of making the pictures section more user friendly including comments for each of the photos. That's going to take sometime, but I'll get around to finishing that up eventually.
